Wedding Fayre season is here and its all weddings weddings weddings!!!
It must be so hard for brides to know which wedding fayre to go to, which venue to choose for their wedding and then once you get in side you just don't know where to start, which florist, chair covers, photogaphy, rings, dresses the list is endless.
What i would say is when going to a wedding fayre make sure you go with a list of exactly what you want to get out of the day and which part of your day you are looking for, if it is a florist then look mainly at the florsits that are there and if there are more than 3 florist stands then have a chat with them and see who you get on best with and ofcorse which flowers they have presented and then cut them down to just 3, but dont rule one out if they have done their stand in all pinks for example and you like yellow, they are only showing that colour because they have choosen it, a florist can get any colour flowers, like the next florist.
Once you have your 3, then give them a call or see what information they can send you and then organise a time to see them, i would say get no more than 3 qoutes. but please bare in mind when comparing qoutes think about what size and what flowers each florist is useing and doing as if one florist qoutes £70 for a pedestal and the next quotes a £50 then find out how many flowers are in them as the £70 one maybe more money but it could be twice the size of the £50 one.
i hope that has helped.
We have a few fayres coming up,
Audleys Wood, Basingstoke Sunday 23 January
Oakley Hall, Basingstoke 2oth February
Frimley Hall, Camberley 20th February
